Security, thermostats, locks, garage door integration, Skybell (IP Door Intercom), digital video, lighting controls, and even a seniors wellness program to make the home safer.

We can do it all!

Our monitoring station will be alerted immediately.

If the system is turned off within 30 seconds - no further actions will be taken unless previously requested by you.

If the system is not turned off within 30 seconds - our operators will contact the premise phone number to verify if the alarm is accidental or an intruder. Should no one answer the call or the person is not able to verify themselves, we will follow the pre-set protocol and contact your property representatives or dispatch the RCMP.

Our motion sensors can detect the difference between an intruder and your beloved pet, letting animals up to 100 lbs. move freely about your home without tripping an alarm.

All our security systems have a back-up battery, which will activate in the event of a power outage. The battery, if in good shape, lasts several hours ensuring your system is still active and would detect an intruder.  Once the power is restored, you battery will be recharged through the security system and last for a long time after. Should your battery not recharge and the amperage be too low to be used, the operators at our monitoring station will give you a call to inform you of this.

In the event that you have no phone line or internet due to the power outage, the system will revert to a local alarm only, unless equipped with a radio back-up.

We know that accidents happen. As long as your system is disarmed with a valid code within 30 seconds, you don't need to worry about a call from us. If the alarm is triggered for longer than 30 seconds, we will call you and ask you to provide your verification word/code.
